Summary
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facets QA Analyst with strong expertise in Facets claims processing, SQL, and healthcare domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, validating claim outcomes, performing data analysis, and ensuring system functionality aligns with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, create, and document test cases in Jira based on business and technical requirements
- Execute manual and system test cases and document test results
- Perform re-testing and regression testing after defect fixes
- Create and execute SQL queries for data validation and aggregate analysis
- Analyze Facets claim processing workflows end-to-end
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Research and analyze parallel testing mismatches between legacy and Facets claim outcomes
- Document discrepancies and provide detailed findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in requirement reviews and testing discussions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Facets Data Model
- Extensive hands-on experience with Facets SQL
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Facets claims processing
- Experience with Medicare claims processing
