Job Title: Project Controls / Scheduler
Location: Walkersville, MD
Project Duration: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $60/hr - $74/HR (depending on experience)

Job Description:
- Maintain, update, and challenge the project schedule (not develop from scratch).
- Work daily with the using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Identify schedule delays and help create corrective action plans.
- Prepare and deliver schedule progress reports.
- Refine and maintain project cost controls using SAP.
- Handle invoices, POs, and change orders; track budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare cost reports (commitments, VOWD, variance reports, etc.).
Must Haves:
- Experience managing and maintaining project schedules.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
- Background in cost control for capital projects.
- Ability to use SAP for cost management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working both scheduling and cost roles simultaneously.
- Contractor-facing project experience.
