ServiceNow Architect

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in designing, implementing, and governing enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) and/or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).

Candidates without direct WSD/EAM experience can also be considered if they have strong ServiceNow platform architecture / CTA-level experience and a proven track record of designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Provide architecture leadership across the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) and/or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
• Design solutions involving ServiceNow applications, modules, integrations, workflows, and custom applications.
• Define technical architecture, integration patterns, data models, application boundaries, and platform standards.
• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical guidance for ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and platform modernization.
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow architecture and development best practices.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
• Ensure appropriate use of out-of-box functionality while minimizing unnecessary customization.
• Review technical designs, development approaches, configurations, and customizations.
• Support platform governance, technical roadmaps, and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot complex platform-level technical issues and provide architectural recommendations.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and other technology teams on cross-platform solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect / Platform Architect.
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows, integrations, and application development.
• Experience with ServiceNow WSD and/or EAM is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and platform architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data model, application scope, ACLs, roles, security, and governance.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent platform-level architecture experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) is a plus.
• Experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).
• Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Experience with Facilities / Workplace / Asset Management processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM/SAM, CSM, ITOM, ITSM, FSM or other major ServiceNow modules.
• Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs.
• Experience developing ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and technical roadmaps.
