Experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management systems - Required 7 Years
Strong experience administering and supporting Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD
Hands-on experience with MIM for identity lifecycle, provisioning, and workflow automation
Experience with IBM security technologies, including ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and ISAM (IBM Security Access Manager)
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex access issues
Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell strongly preferred)
Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access review processes
Understanding of identity governance concepts (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties, lifecycle management)
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business units, developers, and infrastructure teams
Ability to Work onsite
