Role - Lead Test Engineer | Location - Dallas Roles and Responsibilitieso Prepare| maintain| and implement test cases based on user stories present results andsupervise defects to closure.o Develop and maintainJava-based automation scriptsfor UI| API| and backend testing.o ApplyObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)principles and best practices in automationcode.o PerformAPI testingusingRest Assuredand database validation usingJDBCJPA.o Track test execution breakthroughs| report on issues and risks with the potential to affectproject timelines.o Construct appropriate end-to-end business scenarios through the application of a broadunderstanding of business objectives and goals.o Write and optimizecomplex SQL queriesfor data validation and backend testing.o Develop a detailed understanding of the product being delivered.o Responsible for process compliance amp associated documentation.o Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise andmitigate risk calls out appropriately. Strong proficiency in Java programming| includingo Collections Frameworko Exception Handlingo Streams and Lambda expressions Hands-on experience withJava-based test automation frameworks(Selenium| TestNG| JUnit). Familiarity withbuild tools(MavenGradle) and dependency management. Experience withAPI testing(Rest Assured) anddatabase testing(JDBCJPA). Strong knowledge ofSQLand relational databases (Oracle| DB2| Snowflake). Excellent problem-solving| communication| and collaboration skills.
