Partner with stakeholders to identify workforce challenges and translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Lead complex workforce analytics initiatives, including forecasting, trend analysis, and statistical modeling
Own workforce reporting and dashboard development from requirements gathering through delivery and validation
Develop compelling data stories and executive-ready presentations that drive strategic action

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce analytics, or a related discipline
Advanced expertise with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; Oracle HCM experience preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and present to senior and executive leaders
Experience applying workforce analytics methodologies, statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and translating data into actionable business insights
