Requirements

8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solution architecture.

Proficiency in LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, prompt engineering, and large-scale model development.

Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, hybrid retrieval, embeddings, and search optimization.

Experience in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, REST APIs, MLOps, observability, and cloud-native AI platforms.

Strong communication skills with experience leading teams, influencing strategy, and translating AI concepts for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the AI roadmap for agentic platforms, retrieval systems, and content intelligence solutions.

Lead development of production-grade RAG, LLM, and multi-agent AI architectures.

Manage data science teams, resource planning, forecasting, budgeting, and technical delivery priorities.

Establish evaluation frameworks, benchmarking pipelines, human-in-the-loop systems, and quality standards.

Drive rapid prototyping, experimentation, model optimization, and reusable AI platform capabilities.

Partner with product, engineering, and architecture teams to scale AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
