Sr. Mobile Automation Engineer (AI-Driven QE) - Bay Area

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Automation Engineer with strong experience in AI-driven quality engineering to build and scale automation solutions for native iOS, Android, and Web applications. The role focuses on designing robust automation frameworks, integrating GenAI-powered tools, and improving test efficiency, coverage, and insights across large engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation frameworks for native mobile (iOS & Android) and web applications

• Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and tools for test creation, execution, and analysis

• Automate native applications using Appium, TestCafe, or native frameworks (XCUI, Espresso)

• Implement and debug CI/CD pipelines for test automation

• Analyze test results using AI to identify patterns, failures, and quality gaps

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership

Mandatory Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in mobile and web test automation

• 5+ years of experience automating native mobile applications

• Strong experience with Appium / TestCafe (XCUI or Espresso a plus)

• Strong frontend automation experience

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Shell, or Node.js

• Experience building scalable automation frameworks

• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GenAI frameworks and APIs

• eCommerce domain experience
