SaaS Solution Architect

Introduction

As a SaaS Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end solutions across SaaS, custom apps, and integrations for our automotive client. You will work closely with the implementation partner, Infosys, to translate business goals into target states and incremental roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end solutions across SaaS, custom apps, and integrations.
• Translating business goals into target state and incremental roadmaps.
• Integrating SaaS platforms using REST, webhooks, GraphQL, and event streaming.
• Working with iPaaS/ESB for integration (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Managing APIs including versioning, throttling, and monetization.
• Utilizing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for networking, identity, storage, and managed services.
• Implementing identity and access management solutions (SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Ensuring compliance-aware design for regulated data (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Participating in governance activities such as architecture reviews and risk assessments.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 8+ years in software engineering, 4+ years in solution architecture for enterprise systems.
• Proven record designing end‑to‑end solutions across SaaS, custom apps, and integrations.
• Strong at translating business goals into target state and incremental roadmaps.
• Hands‑on experience integrating SaaS platforms using REST, webhooks, GraphQL, and event streaming.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/ESB (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Integration Services).
• Experience with API management, versioning, throttling, and monetization where applicable.
• Depth in at least one major cloud (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform), including networking, identity, storage, and managed services.
• Identity and access management: SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC; RBAC/ABAC authorization patterns.
• Compliance‑aware design for regulated data (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA depending on use case).
• Governance participation: ADRs, architecture reviews, risk assessments, threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE).
