Summary

The an Advisor Program Manager oversees the planning and delivery of application development initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders. This role drives the end-to-end program lifecycle-road mapping, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement-while promoting Agile and DevOps practices to enable frequent, high-quality releases. The Program Manager fosters collaboration, removes impediments, and ensures teams deliver user-focused solutions efficiently and consistently.

Your role in our mission

  • Develop and manage project work statements, scope, priorities, budgets, schedules, and program documentation to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational standards.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure clear understanding of project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, issues, timelines, quality, and resources; implement mitigation strategies, manage changes, and ensure successful program delivery within agreed requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams by assigning work, providing direction, managing resource allocation, supporting performance management activities, and optimizing program effectiveness across global teams.
  • Support business growth and strategic decision making through proposal development, executive level project discussions, client feedback analysis, budget management, and continuous improvement of program outcomes.


What we're looking for

  • Project Management Expertise: 3 or more years of Project Management experience, including Budget Development, Project Planning, Project Controls, Earned Value Management, and the use of project management methodologies such as Catalyst.
  • Project Tools and Process Improvement: Proficiency in Project Management Software, Productivity Tools, Methodology Tools, Finance and Accounting Concepts, and Administrative Processes that improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Experience with techniques and approaches supporting the development, integration, and deployment of project phases from initiation through delivery.
  • Preferred Credentials and Industry Experience: PMP Certification preferred; Healthcare Insurance (especially with Medicaid) experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
