Summary
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)
- 7+ years of IT experience with IBM CP4BA / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW/BPM).
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM CP4BA BAW development and implementation.
- Expertise in BPMN 2.0, Business Process Diagrams (BPD), process orchestration, routing, gateways, and workflows.
- Experience developing Coaches & Coach Views with JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- Strong experience integrating applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, and JSON.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes deployment.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Case Management and Decision Services within CP4BA.
- Experience in BAW performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
