Job Description:
DFMEA specialist responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge of vehicle system functions. Decompose System features in DFMEA and facilitating FMEA working sessions with cross functional teams.
- Guide engineering teams on electronic failure modes, typical countermeasures for reliability failures, and design guidelines

Field reliability specialist responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge of data modeling. Develop Accelerated aging models different types of failure mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Highly Accelerated Testing methods and governing equations is needed.
- Develop tools and processes to model fleet health stress for electronics.
- Apply experience with applied statistics in the field of Reliability.
- Experience with a coding language, preferably Python.
- Level of role depends on experience and Qualifications.

In addition, a strong technical background, interest in reliability and experience in the following areas:
- Experience with electrical systems and schematics Knowledge of PCBA troubleshooting techniques
- Physics of failure knowledge for low voltage passive and active electrical components and PCBAs
- Familiarity with failure analysis techniques such as optical microscopy, X-ray, CT, FTIR, SEM, EDS.

Requirements:
- Degree education in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical (or similar).
- Over 5 years of experience within the automotive or consumer electronics industry, working within the EE domain.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of integrity.
