Sr. .Net Developer with Azure DevOps

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in C#, .NET, Angular, and enterprise application development. This role will be a senior individual contributor responsible for designing and developing high-quality solutions while providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers.

The ideal candidate is technically strong, collaborative, and passionate about sharing knowledge, improving development practices, and ensuring well-documented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as a mentor and a trusted resource for mid-level and junior developers.
• Support team members through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrated application solutions.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex application issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, system diagrams, support procedures, and API documentation.
• Promote development best practices related to performance, security, maintainability, and testing.
• Participate in Agile development activities and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Comfortable leading 1 to 2 Junior level Developers
• Strong experience with:
  • C#
  • .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET
  • Angular
  • SQL Server
  • REST and SOAP APIs
  • Windows Forms (WinForms)
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other developers.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of application security best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience producing comprehensive technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure cloud experience.
• Azure DevOps experience.
