Job Description:-We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Insurance domain to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into effective technology and operational solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience across insurance operations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• 5 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the Insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, workflows, and regulatory considerations.
• LOMA certification with at least FLMI Level 1 (FLMI Level 2 or higher preferred).
