Job#: 3022439 Job Description: Project Manager The Project Manager leads projects from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. This role partners with cross-functional teams, manages resources, mitigates risks, and ensures project outcomes align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Build and manage project plans, schedules, and resources
- Oversee execution from kickoff to closeout
- Identify and resolve risks and issues
- Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards
- Conduct post-project reviews and maintain documentation
Supervisory ResponsibilityEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience with large, complex IT projects preferred
Certifications & Requirements- PMP or similar certification preferred
- Strong understanding of PM methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Skills & Knowledge- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Basic budgeting and cost-control knowledge
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma or similar frameworks
- Experience co-managing vendor-led projects
