The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Marketing Manager to architect and spearhead a multi-channel growth engine. In this high-impact, fully remote position based out of Western New York, you will own the overarching marketing vision, transforming brand presence into measurable revenue.

This is a premier opportunity for a strategic storyteller and digital optimizer to champion brand identity globally, synchronize cross-functional international creative teams, and directly influence the company’s market expansion. If you are an energetic marketing leader who thrives on blending creative branding with data-driven performance analytics, this role offers a clear runway for long-term professional impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the creation and execution of an all-encompassing, omni-channel marketing blueprint spanning digital advertising, large-scale events, content development, and strategic sales enablement.

  • Synthesize complex service offerings into highly persuasive sales collateral, including customized client pitch decks, capability overviews, case studies, and corporate presentation templates that maximize business development pipelines.

  • Orchestrate full-lifecycle management for roughly 15 annual corporate trade shows, commanding everything from booth architectural design and logistical pipelines to targeted pre-event outreach and high-conversion lead acquisition strategies.

  • Optimize the corporate web landscape by pioneering advanced SEO methodologies, running high-ROI Google Ads portfolios, managing allocated digital budgets, and embedding cutting-edge AI customer engagement utilities to skyrocket conversion rates.

  • Champion social media presence across a diverse network (including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, and YouTube), deploying engaging B2B content that highlights internal talent culture, operational superiority, and thought leadership.

  • Govern the corporate merchandising ecosystem, expertly managing global vendor negotiations, budgeting structures, inventory logistics, and strict visual brand compliance across all physical materials and corporate assets.

  • Lead and mentor decentralized creative talent—including corporate communications and graphic design specialists based internationally—ensuring seamless regional collaboration and absolute alignment with core brand guidelines.

  • Coordinate automated email marketing initiatives and recurring client newsletters designed to nurture customer relationships, support active sales pursuits, and reinforce market authority.

What You Bring

  • Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of upwardly mobile marketing mastery, showcasing a deep, hands-on track record in event production, social media scaling, vendor cultivation, and high-end presentation design.

  • Digital & SEO Expertise: 5 to 8 years of sophisticated website stewardship, including advanced keyword analytics, technical SEO positioning, and precision execution of paid Google advertising campaigns backed by deep analytics tracking.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a closely aligned professional discipline.

  • Technical Toolbox: Advanced command of presentation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint), visual editing suites (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite), native business metrics tools for LinkedIn/Instagram, and enterprise CRM/marketing automation architectures.

  • Project Mastery: Demonstrated agility in multi-tasking, with the proven capacity to steer multiple major campaigns, corporate events, and rapid-response sales requests simultaneously within an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical Polish: A sharp, data-first mindset capable of auditing complex performance metrics and swiftly pivoting strategies to maximize return on investment, paired with elite visual and written communication skills tailored for B2B audiences.

  • Mobility & Capability: Readiness to travel between 15% and 25% annually to capture market opportunities at trade shows and support global office synergy, alongside the physical endurance required to manage exhibition assets and exhibit configurations.

Compensation & Total Rewards

  • Core Compensation: Highly competitive base salary ranging from $85,000 to $120,000 annually, precisely aligned with regional benchmarks and commensurate with specialized expertise.

  • Performance & Equity Incentives: Discretionary annual performance bonuses based on milestone achievements, campaign ROI success, and corporate growth objectives.

  • Health & Wellness Perks: Comprehensive healthcare suite including premium medical, dental, and vision coverages, complemented by dedicated mental health and wellness support programs.

  • Future Planning: Robust retirement portfolio planning featuring a company-matched 401(k) plan, comprehensive life insurance policies, and potential avenues for continuing education or tuition assistance.

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off (PTO) allocation for vacations and personal days, inclusive paid parental leave options, and full remote work flexibility designed to support your lifestyle.
