Job Description:
Data Engineer / Business Intelligence Developer
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / Business Intelligence Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise data integration, analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data warehousing, ETL development, cloud technologies, and modern business intelligence platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration and ETL solutions using Microsoft and cloud-based technologies.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, data models, and analytics architectures to support reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern BI tools.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, security, and reliability across enterprise data platforms.
  • Participate in cloud migration, modernization, and data platform enhancement initiatives.
  • Support CI/CD and DevOps best practices for data and analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
Core Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis, transformation, and optimization.
  • Experience developing ETL/Data Integration solutions, preferably using:
    • Microsoft SSIS
    • Azure-based data integration tools
  • Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence platforms, including:
    • Power BI
    • SSRS
    • SSAS
    • Tableau
Additional Required Skills
  • Experience with Python or other programming languages for data processing and automation.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Strong knowledge of data pipeline design, data warehousing, and analytics architectures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Snowflake data platform.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS).
  • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and source control practices.
