Role Overview
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Engineers will help build and automate an enterprise private cloud platform. In this role, you will translate infrastructure architecture and technical designs into reusable automation, provisioning workflows, integrations, and operational capabilities.
You will work closely with architects and platform developers to automate the infrastructure lifecycle from initial onboarding and provisioning through ongoing Day-N operations. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on engineering experience across Terraform, Ansible, Python, ServiceNow integrations, APIs, CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and operational automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Build reusable automation for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
• Develop Python and REST API-based infrastructure automation
• Build and maintain Git/GitOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop ServiceNow integrations supporting Service Catalog, Flow Designer, CMDB, Change Management, and workflow automation
• Automate VM and Kubernetes provisioning workflows
• Develop RBAC and configuration management automation
• Implement configuration drift detection and automated remediation
• Integrate infrastructure services with Dynatrace and monitoring platforms
• Automate monitoring enrollment, alerting, event processing, and operational workflows
• Develop CMDB/DCIM integrations, inventory synchronization, asset registration, and infrastructure discovery
• Support ZTP and Day-0 onboarding through Day-1, Day-2, and ongoing Day-N lifecycle operations
• Collaborate with architects and developers to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform automation
Required Qualifications
• Senior-level experience in infrastructure automation, platform engineering, DevOps, or related engineering roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible
• Strong scripting and automation experience with Python
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience with Git, GitOps, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with ServiceNow infrastructure and workflow integrations
• Experience automating VM and/or Kubernetes provisioning
• Strong understanding of configuration management and infrastructure lifecycle automation
• Experience with CMDB, inventory, or asset-management integrations
• Experience supporting production infrastructure and operational automation
• Ability to work closely with architects and translate technical designs into production-ready solutions
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Dynatrace APIs and monitoring automation
• Experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and CMDB integrations
• Experience with DCIM platforms and inventory synchronization
• Experience implementing automated configuration drift detection and remediation
• Experience with ZTP or automated infrastructure onboarding
