Are you an expert in data analytics with a passion for industrial manufacturing? We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Data Analytics Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will be tasked with managing and analyzing a vast range of data to help drive decision-making and improve the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong understanding of data infrastructure, the ability to interpret complex data, and a solid background in using various data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:
As an Industrial Data Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Designing, implementing, and maintaining data infrastructure across our manufacturing operations.
2. Analyzing raw data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decisions.
3. Leveraging your expertise in MS SQL server, MySQL, and MS Access to manage and manipulate data.
4. Developing and implementing data models, database designs, data access, and table maintenance codes.
5. Utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Pentaho to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
6. Automating processes and workflows using Power Automate to increase efficiency and accuracy.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
8. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures and troubleshooting any data-related issues.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data analytics and manufacturing technologies.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Industrial Data Analytics Engineer role should have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the industrial manufacturing sector.
3. Proficiency in MS SQL server, MySQL, MS Access, and other data management systems.
4. Strong experience in analyzing raw data and translating it into actionable insights.
5. Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Pentaho.
6. Experience with Power Automate for process automation.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
9. A detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
10. The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
