Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, organize, and coach one or more cross-functional teams to implement and continuously improve Agile practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint execution, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Act as the primary communication bridge between program/product management and development teams.
  • Identify risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely sprint completion.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution while promoting transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and support release planning.
  • Coordinate with program and release managers for production deployments.
  • Track and communicate Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and quality indicators.
  • Drive Agile adoption and act as a change agent to improve team productivity.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams and participate in Scrum-of-Scrums.
  • Lead and support cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
  • Coach teams on user story creation, sizing, and acceptance criteria definition.
  • Ensure effective communication across Agile teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities, tight deadlines, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong experience working across cross-functional teams and enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to convey complex and sensitive information to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and a collaborative work environment.

  • Understanding of iterative and incremental development principles.
  • Experience leading multiple teams or large-scale Agile programs.
