Summary
Job title: CGT Manufacturing Consultant Services
Role Summary
Provide strategic and operational consulting for Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) manufacturing products, driving roadmap execution, agile governance, and compliance across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the CGT Manufacturing product vision and roadmap
- Lead Agile delivery (PI planning, backlog management, sprint governance)
- Establish and track KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and TCO
- Conduct gap analysis and roadmap alignment
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans
- Ensure GxP compliance and ISMS integration
- Drive risk management and vendor coordination
