Lead and manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle including identification, legal hold, preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production.
Serve as the primary point of contact for eDiscovery matters across legal, compliance, IT, and outside counsel.
Administer and manage Exterro and/or Veritone eDiscovery and investigation platforms.
Configure matters, workflows, review layouts, analytics, and production settings within Exterro or Veritone.
Implement defensible and repeatable discovery workflows aligned with EDRM standards.
Coordinate data collections from enterprise systems, cloud platforms, email, endpoints, audio/video, and collaboration tools.
Manage document and media review projects, including batching, tagging, privilege workflows, QC, and escalations.
Leverage analytics, AI, and automation features within Exterro or Veritone for faster insight and review efficiency.
Ensure chain of custody, audit trails, and defensibility of all discovery processes.
Develop search strategies, filtering criteria, and review protocols.
Manage vendors, forensic partners, review providers, and outside counsel deliverables.
Track project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for legal and executive stakeholders.
Create SOPs, playbooks, and internal documentation for discovery operations.
Support internal investigations, regulatory responses, and incident-driven discovery needs.
Strong experience leading eDiscovery projects end-to-end.
Hands-on platform experience with Exterro and/or Veritone.
Deep understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Experience with legal hold management and data preservation workflows.
Experience with structured and unstructured data collections.
Knowledge of review workflows, load file formats, productions, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with AI-assisted review, analytics, and media analysis tools.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent discovery matters.
Strong documentation, reporting, and audit support skills.
