Job Description:

Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

The D365 Finance & Operations Integration Architect is responsible for defining and governing the integration architecture around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Finance & Supply Chain Management for healthcare organizations.
This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant integrations between D365 F&O and surrounding clinical, financial, and operational systems in complex multi-entity environments.
The position requires strong architectural leadership across the full programme lifecycle.

Experience:

13 15 years of overall IT experience.
8 10 years of experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O integrations.
3 5 years of experience as an Integration Architect or Technical Architect on large D365 F&O programs.
Experience designing integrations with third-party platforms and payer systems.
Experience working in multi-entity and multi-country environments.
Hands-on experience with Azure integration technologies such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid, and API Management.
Proven experience in end-to-end data migration and ongoing data synchronization.
Experience working in regulated environments with strong audit, security, and uptime requirements.

Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end integration architecture for D365 F&O, including design, standards, patterns, and governance.
Translate healthcare and finance business requirements into detailed integration designs covering data flow, interfaces, messaging models, error handling, monitoring, and security.
Design and oversee integrations between D365 F&O and enterprise applications using APIs, DMF, dual write, and middleware.
Define and implement integration patterns leveraging Azure services and other integration platforms.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Leads to align integration designs with overall solution architecture and non-functional requirements.
Lead integration discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
Define data integration and migration strategy, including master data synchronization, financial and operational data loads, cutover sequencing, and reconciliation.
Establish and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, security models, and reusable patterns.
Oversee technical design, development, and unit testing of integration components and review deliverables for quality and compliance.
Define and implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and exception handling mechanisms for mission-critical integrations.
Support performance testing and optimization to ensure acceptable response times and throughput.
Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Provide integration leadership across system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Contribute to solution proposals, estimation, risk identification, and technical documentation for healthcare clients.
Mentor and guide integration engineers and consultants, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Skills:

Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F&O integration architecture.
Proficiency with Azure integration services and enterprise integration platforms.
Strong understanding of data migration, synchronization, and integration governance.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in healthcare environments.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
