Summary

We are seeking a Lead Agentic AI Engineer to design and build advanced autonomous AI agent systems that support large-scale enterprise initiatives within the healthcare and insurance domain. This role will focus on developing AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing multi-step tasks, leveraging modern LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise data platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with deep knowledge of AI agent architectures, enabling the development of scalable, production-ready AI solutions that automate complex business processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.

Architect and implement multi-agent workflows using modern LLM frameworks.

Build AI-powered automation pipelines for enterprise workflows across data, operations, and customer experiences.

Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures integrating enterprise data sources.

Integrate AI agents with APIs, enterprise platforms, and internal systems.

Optimize LLM performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in production environments.

Implement guardrails, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Lead technical design discussions and mentor engineers working on AI agent platforms.

Stay current with emerging innovations in agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on AI/ML or Generative AI systems.

Strong experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

Experience implementing RAG pipelines and vector search systems.

Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or similar).

Experience integrating AI with enterprise data platforms and APIs.

Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.

Strong understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation methods, and AI safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows.

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).

Experience with ML pipelines and model deployment in production environments.

Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or regulated industry environments.

Experience with LLM observability and monitoring frameworks.

Background in AI system architecture or platform engineering.
