Job Summary: The Client is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Lead to lead Human Resources Service Delivery implementations and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

Must-Have:

7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization.
Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management.
Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management.
Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows.
Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors).
JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal experience.
ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certification.
Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.
