Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in technology project or program management.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, end-to-end enterprise technology implementations.

Strong experience working across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.

Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, quality, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, product development, system integrations, infrastructure, testing, release management, and production support.

Ability to develop and interpret business-process flows, solution designs, system diagrams, and technical-stack diagrams.

Experience leading Agile and Scrum teams and improving delivery maturity and predictability.

Strong financial-management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.

Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and executive-presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, competing priorities, and stakeholders in a complex environment.

PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
