Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support data-related projects, report development, and mainframe reporting and data extraction initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and report development.

• 8+ years of experience documenting business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to develop technical solutions.

• 5+ years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities.

• 2+ years of experience with Snowflake and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Experience with data analysis, data flow documentation, and report validation.

Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Develop and validate reports to support business needs.

• Perform data analysis and root cause analysis of data errors.

• Document data flows and support data-related initiatives.

• Coordinate UAT activities and collaborate with business and technical teams.

• Support data publishing to public data portals and websites.

• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.
