Description:

The client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect who will use their knowledge and experience of the ServiceNow produce to architect a solution that meets the ITSM, ITAM and change management needs of IT projects across DC.

Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.
• Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
• Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy.
• Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.
• Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (Structured Query Language (SQL), Oracle, Sybase).
• Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
• 9 years’ Experience with IT Systems Roadmap Development
• 9 years’ Experience as an Enterprise Architect
• 9 years’ Experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages (e.g., UML)
• 6 years’ Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM
• 5 years’ Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
• 5 years’ Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
• 5 years’ Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture including core modules, and components.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
