Job Description :
We are looking for a Linux system admin with expertise in Network Management & Compliance and Data Center Hardware knowledge.

Technical Skills:
5+ years of experience as a Linux System admin.
Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies, manage user permissions, configure firewalls, and perform system hardening.
System Monitoring: Track server performance, analyze resource consumption, and resolve hardware or network bottlenecks.
Oversee network hardware lifecycle management, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, alongside End-of-Life/End-of-Support (EOL/EOS) mitigation planning.
Hardware Lifecycle & Break-Fix: Perform diagnostics, component-level replacements (RAM, hard drives/NVMe, CPUs, power supplies, motherboard components)
Physical Infrastructure Management: Configure and maintain core routing, switching, and hardware firewalls.
Racking, Stacking, & Cabling: Rack, stack, cable, configure Virtual LANs, and label new servers, switches, and storage arrays following structured cabling and data center standards.
Ability to independently deploy new stacks and administer existing ones.
Strong Linux background.
Overall system admin.
Networking, storage and Compute management.
IP Networking in physical and virtual environments.
Process Skills:
Work with the team leads to resolve project roadblocks.
Proactively identify and eliminate impediments.
Support product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics regarding priorities and scope.
Behavioral Skills:
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Certification:
Certification from RedHat or equivalent.
