Data Analyst Level 2

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst Level 2 in Cincinnati, OH.

Overview:
As a Mid-Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decisions within the company.

We are looking for someone who goes beyond data manipulation-someone who can uncover opportunities, evaluate business tradeoffs, and clearly communicate actionable recommendations to diverse stakeholders. You will collaborate across departments to understand business challenges, explore data, and influence decision-makers with evidence-based insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different audiences, including executives, business partners, and technical teams
* Develop and present multiple solution options to stakeholders, explaining risks, benefits, and expected impact
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that drive business outcomes
* Standardize and improve data processes, quality, and availability in partnership with cross functional teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in Python and SQL, including experience working with large, complex datasets
* Experience with statistical modeling and advanced analytical methods such as regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or causal inference to support strategic decision making
* Strong exploratory data analysis skills, with the ability to detect trends, anomalies, and drivers of business outcomes
* Experience with Power BI for building clear visualizations and dashboards
* A problem-solving, innovative mindset with curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable business impact
* Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
