Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to design, build, and deliver advanced AI/ML solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role focuses on rapid iteration, strong business alignment, and delivering measurable impact through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end model development, including propensity modeling, and will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure scalable and efficient data pipelines. Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) tools to accelerate workflows is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects using agile and iterative methodologies.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including propensity models.
• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model training, validation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define and implement data pipeline requirements.
• Leverage GenAI/Data Assist tools to enhance productivity and accelerate development cycles.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure models align with business objectives and deliver value.
• Support deployment, testing, and monitoring of AI/ML models in production environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data science processes, tools, and methodologies.

Role Structure

This engagement may include collaboration across multiple roles:

• Data Science Lead (Senior Consultant/Manager level): Leads projects, drives strategy, and oversees model development.
• Data Scientist (Consultant/Senior Consultant level): Builds models, performs analysis, and supports delivery.
• Data Engineer (Consultant level): Develops and manages data pipelines and infrastructure.

Qualifications & Requirements

Core Requirements

• Proven experience in Data Science and Machine Learning with hands-on model development.
• Experience working in agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
• Strong knowledge of propensity modeling and predictive analytics.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines.
• Proficiency in data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) or Data Assist tools in data science workflows.
• Experience in the HR domain or people analytics.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and big data tools.
• Familiarity with Databricks, S3, and handling structured and unstructured datasets.
• Experience building and deploying data pipelines and integrating ML models into production systems.
