Overview:We are seeking an entry-level or early-career Helpdesk Technician to provide first-level support for end-user issues across phone, email, and chat. This role will serve as the on-site technical resource for escalations that cannot be resolved remotely by the Service Desk. You will work closely with enterprise support teams while gaining hands-on experience in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-level phone support for end users, responding to issues submitted through phone, email, and chat.
- Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to document, track, and resolve support requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues remotely whenever possible; escalate and handle on-site issues that cannot be resolved by the central Service Desk.
- Serve as the hands-on support technician for the site, coordinating with other enterprise IT teams as needed to drive resolution.
- Assist with basic account administration, device troubleshooting, and software support.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with users at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of O365 administration and support.
- Familiarity with Active Directory for tasks such as password resets, account lookups, or group membership updates.
- Ability to work effectively within ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
- A proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with the ability to follow established processes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
