Full Stack Java Developer

Wells Fargo is seeking a dynamic Lead Software Engineer to join the Enterprise Application & Cloud Transformation team to realize a world class, next-gen Contact Center as a Service solution for the firm, creating an innovative and efficient customer and agent experience. Full stack: 70 BE to 30 FE split 1. Java 2. React, nodejs (angular is fine too) 3. Kafka 4. API/Microservice build - 30% of development will be focused on this architecture 5. Google Dialog flow 6. Google Agent development kit ( Python based ) Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using React. Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Integrate with backend services and APIs. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in React and its core principles. Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux or Context API). Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with TypeScript. Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools. Familiarity with GraphQL. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $69.50 - $69.50/hr.
