Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Staff Manufacturing NPI Engineer supports the execution of new product introductions through hands-on manufacturing support, rapid response to design changes, and strong technical ownership of assembly and integration activities. This role is ideal for engineers experienced in precision builds who thrive in fast-moving development environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Support NPI execution for optical and metrology systems during engineering and pilot builds.
Execute and refine assembly, integration, and test processes.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions, build travelers, and process flows.
Adapt quickly to late-stage design changes while maintaining build quality and schedule.
Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions during builds.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience supporting new product development in manufacturing
  • Strong technical problem-solving and hands-on execution skills

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:
$112,000.00 - $168,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
