Role Type: Contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: EST

Interview Mode: Initial via Teams; Final interview In-Person Only

Key Responsibilities

System Support: Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers and public health agencies regarding immunization records and system functionality.
Data Integrity: Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges using data tools and matching algorithms.
Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all support interactions within the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
User Guidance: Provide best practices for data entry and record management to end-users.
System Maintenance: Assist in testing system updates and enhancements to ensure seamless workflows.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience: Minimum of 4.5 years in a helpdesk or healthcare support role.
Data Expertise: Minimum of 4.5 years of experience with deduplication tools, data matching, or record linkage techniques.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with ticketing systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Immunization Information Systems (IIS).
Experience working with state or local public health departments.
Solid understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
