Job description:
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering teams supporting data center cooling products.
- Oversee design, testing, NPI, product transfers, and sustaining engineering.
- Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, CE, NEC, and industry standards.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to solve technical issues.
- Approve designs, BOMs, schematics, and engineering documentation.
- Drive Lean initiatives to improve quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience in data centers, HVAC, industrial power, telecom, or cooling systems preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, CREO, UL/CSA standards, and manufacturing processes.
