Salesforce FSL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
• Configure and manage FSL components including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Scheduling Policies.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to support business requirements.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Mobile App for field workforce operations.
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system functionality.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices.
