Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Snowflake Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Snowflake and Python to design, optimize, and deliver scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Snowflake PL/SQL, automation using Python, and exposure to Snowflake Streamlit, while providing consulting support to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Snowflake Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
- Build and optimize data pipelines, data models, and warehouse architecture.
- Utilize Snowflake PL/SQL for data transformation and manipulation.
Python Automation & Data Engineering
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration.
- Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency across data pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Consulting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and consulting on Snowflake best practices, architecture, and performance optimization.
Performance Optimization & Innovation
- Monitor and optimize Snowflake environments for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and recommend adoption where relevant.
Mandatory Skills
- 7 10 years of strong hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Solid expertise in Snowflake PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data processing.
- Exposure to Snowflake Streamlit.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Snowflake and/or cloud certifications are a plus.
