Summary

We're seeking for an JDE Distribution Functional Consultant for our direct client. Please review the below job Description and revert with your interest for the same.

Role: JDE Distribution Functional Consultant
Location: Remote (US or Canada)
Time Zone: Pacific Time support; flexibility to overlap with India and provide occasional evening/on-call support

Duration: 6 -12 Months

Responsibilities

Provide functional support for JDE Distribution modules (Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Pricing, Logistics)
Support daily production issues in a customized legacy JDE environment
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend functional solutions
Collaborate with technical teams for defect fixes and enhancements
Assist with documentation and user support as needed

Requirements

Strong experience as a JDE Distribution Functional Consultant
Hands-on support experience in customized JDE systems
Solid understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
Experience working in a production support model
Flexible availability to support multiple time zones
