job summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a Global Retail Organization's Owned Brand Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) technology team. You will sit at the heart of business and technology, helping teams adopt new capabilities that streamline how products and packaging are developed. You will be a key bridge between technical functionality and business users, ensuring smooth transitions and high engagement with enterprise tools.

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for users - answering questions, providing guidance, and supporting issue resolution.
- Partner with Product Managers to communicate updates, collect feedback, and ensure business needs are accurately reflected in PLM enhancements.
- Develop and manage user-facing materials such as release notes, training guides and communications to drive understanding and adoption.
- Assist with light product management activities including documenting requirements, validating functionality, and tracking enhancement requests.
- Contribute to change management and adoption strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and smooth transitions as new capabilities are introduced.
- Monitor and report on user engagement and system adoption to identify opportunities for improved training, communication, or process optimization.
qualifications:
3-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
Exceptional communication skills-ability to make complex technical concepts simple for business users.
Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in-office 3 days a week in Downtown Minneapolis.
