Hybrid Role (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)
Required Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience in automation, data analytics, or process improvement within financial services.
· Hands on experience with UiPath, Alteryx, Power Automate, and scripting tools such as Python, VBA, and SQL.
· Strong understanding of Wealth Management Operations processes, including trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, and exception management.
· Ability to analyze workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions.
· Strong communication skills with experience working across operations and technology teams to support adoption and UAT.
· Experience supporting production automations, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
· Stable work history with strong tenure, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and sustained performance without frequent job changes.
Required
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience designing and delivering process automation solutions in the financial services industry (preferably within Wealth Management Operations).
- Automation Tools Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with leading RPA/automation platforms – such as Alteryx, UiPath & Microsoft Power Automate for developing automated workflows.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in languages like Python, VBA, or SQL for building custom automation scripts and integrations.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of Wealth Management Operations processes, including areas like trade processing, settlements, reconciliations, client reporting, reference data, and exception management.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Demonstrated strength in business analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving.
- Ability to analyze complex operational workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define improvement solutions.
- Critical thinking skills to challenge assumptions, validate automation outcomes, and ensure solutions are robust and error proofed by design.
