Job Title: SAP COE Lead (Finance/CO/SD) Hybrid Role Location: Remote.
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for experienced SAP COE Leads (Center of Excellence Leads) to join our growing in-house SAP team. This role is critical as we have recently transitioned to our own SAP environment and are building a strong internal structure to support and enhance our system.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and IT, while also managing offshore teams and ensuring overall system stability and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the SAP COE Lead for your respective module (CO/Finance/SD)
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide solutions
Manage and oversee offshore/outsourced SAP teams
Review and validate solution designs to ensure alignment with existing SAP architecture
Participate in project discussions, demos, and design approvals
Handle production support activities including:
- Incident management
- Change requests (CRs)
- End-to-end issue resolution
Ensure smooth coordination between support, projects, and business teams
Maintain system integrity and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in SAP (CO / FICO / SD or relevant module)
Prior experience as a Lead / SME / Architect
Strong hands-on experience in:
- Production support
- Incident & change management
Experience managing offshore/global teams
Strong understanding of SAP architecture and integrations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience working in a COE (Center of Excellence) model
Exposure to hybrid support + project environments
Experience in system transitions or SAP implementations
