About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Cloud Architect will be responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the enterprise-wide technology and cloud architecture aligned to business strategy. This role combines strategic vision, deep technical expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to enable scalable, secure, and future-ready digital platforms.
The role plays a key part in cloud modernization, large-scale migrations, and enterprise transformation initiatives across industries.

What You'll Be Doing:
- 1. Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Apply architectural best practices across infrastructure, applications, data, and integration layers.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards.
- Stay current with emerging trends including AI, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud-native architectures, and modernization patterns.
- 2. Cloud Modernization & Migration Leadership
- Lead on-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud, and hybrid cloud transformation programs.
- Design enterprise-scale architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms (primarily AWS; Azure experience a plus).
- Define and implement repeatable migration frameworks, playbooks, and reference architectures.
- Drive assessment workshops, discovery sessions, and immersion days to evaluate customer environments.
- 3. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders, IT leadership, and solution architects to align architecture with functional and technical needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, advocating cloud adoption and modernization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional architecture teams to ensure consistency and governance across programs.
- 4. Risk, Quality & Governance
- Analyse existing application and technology landscapes for alignment with enterprise and global standards.
- Identify architectural risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
- 5. Continuous Improvement & Leadership
- Mentor architects and technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and excellence.
- Continuously identify opportunities to optimize enterprise architecture processes and tooling.
- Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and solution design for large transformation programs.

Who you are:
- Minimum 14 years of Application Development/ Solution experience.
- Strong experience as an Enterprise Architect or Cloud Architect in large-scale environments.
- Proficient with TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Hands-on experience designing scalable, cloud-native architectures, including microservices and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance across regions and industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in consulting or professional services environments is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- .Net / Java expertise, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud native solutions.
- EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudFront.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect –Professional.
- Additional AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits for Fulltime hiring.
- Trianz compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual pay ranges between USD $160,000 to $180,000. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
