Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Senior Product Manager to lead the execution and scaling of new telehealth offerings within a regulated healthcare and e-commerce environment. The role sits at the intersection of e-commerce platforms, healthcare workflows, and regulatory compliance, with a strong emphasis on building 0-1 products that can scale securely and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4-6+ years of Product Management experience, including hands-on work in Digital Health or Telehealth
  • Proven experience leading 0-1 product builds, including subscription-based products
  • Direct experience designing or integrating telehealth and/or digital intake workflows
  • Strong understanding of regulated data handling, privacy, and security best practices (HIPAA, PHI)
  • Experience working closely with Engineering on platform builds, API integrations, and system workflows
  • Familiarity with SFCC, Salesforce (SFDC), and SQL
  • Strong ability to identify and clearly define problems before solutioning
What You Will Be Doing
  • Own product strategy and roadmap for telehealth-connected offerings and workflows
  • Define and prioritize initiatives aligned with business objectives, conversion goals, and revenue growth
  • Design and manage the full telehealth user journey, including scheduling, intake, provider review, follow-up, and documentation delivery
  • Partner with Engineering to integrate telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and third-party APIs
  • Define core features including appointment flows, payment logic, notifications, and document delivery
  • Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams
  • Work with providers and/or telehealth partners to establish scalable review and approval processes
