Skill: Business Analytics Lead

 

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:

Must Have Skills:

  • Python Development
  • Strong hands-on experience in Python (3+ years typical)

Proficiency in:

  • OOP concepts, modular design
  • Data structures and algorithms
  • Package management and dependency handling
  • Experience building scalable applications and utilities
  • Experience with Hadoop, Oracle and MongoDB

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop and maintain scripts in Elastic using painless scripts, creating ELK index and Kibana dashboards
  • Business understanding of Retail lending origination, servicing and collections.
  • Hands on knowledge using Jira for end to end development along with maintenance of user stories , bug and dashboards
  • Working experience with Hadoop, Oracle and MongoDB

  • Agentic AI, Git Hub Copilot, Azure foundry
