Job Description/ Responsibilities
The Sr Business Analysis will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions through Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. With a focus on optimizing customer sales insights, the candidate will leverage their extensive experience to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities to support and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and design of business processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals using Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.
Functional Certifications for D365 Sales & Service modules
8+ years of experience in implementing D365 Sales and Customer insights modules, primarily working experience of Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, SLAs, Timelines, Activities , co-pilot etc., Banking experience is plus
Should be able to conduct requirements workshops, educate business users, and prioritize the Epics, features & user stories
Work closely with Technical team at onsite and offshore to ensure User stories have been understood and the team is on the same page.
Create user stories and follow an approval process
Work closely with Product owner / Project manager to meet the grooming timelines
Ensure correctly capture definition of Ready and Definition of Done for user stories
Well versed with ADO or Jira Epics, Feature, User stories , Defects life cycle
Demo the features developed to the stakeholders and collect feedback
Convert the feedback into user stories and always maintain an healthy product backlog
Should have clear communication and documentation skills
Certifications Required
Microsoft Sales, Sales insight + any other related certifications
