Job Description:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and governing Oracle Cloud support and implementation programs, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This role involves end‑to‑end program ownership, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and value realization across multiple projects and workstreams. Program Manager is expected to work from client location in Charlotte, NC.

 

Key Responsibilities
•  Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud support and implementation programs, managing support engagement and multiple interdependent projects across HCM and FSCM modules.
•  Define program scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery roadmap aligned with business goals.
•  Establish program governance, cadence, milestones, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
•  Own program budgets, resource plans, risk management, and delivery timelines.
•  Provide functional and strategic oversight across Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Time & Labor, Benefits ).
•  Provide functional and integration oversight across Oracle Cloud FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, PPM, SCM).
•  Ensure end‑to‑end process alignment across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain functions.
•  Oversee integrations with third‑party systems, legacy ERPs, and data migration activities.
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, business leaders, and sponsors.
•  Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
•  Manage expectations and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
•  Foster strong client partnerships and drive customer satisfaction.
•  Lead cross‑functional teams consisting of functional consultants, technical teams and testing teams.
