The ideal candidate is detailoriented, analytically strong, highly collaborative, and passionate about building scalable, efficient processes. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours and until noon Pacific Time at least once a week, more during quota setting periods (Dec-Jan generally or when quota reset is required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quota performance tracking and reporting, delivering accurate visibility to leadership and field teams.
  • Conduct quota performance analysis to provide insights into trends, risks, attainment patterns, and forecasting.

Compensation Operations

  • Own and refine compensation operational processes, continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Calculate Spiff payouts accurately and on schedule, partnering with Compensation, Finance, and Sales Ops to validate inputs and results.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation and quotarelated questions, delivering timely and clear guidance to stakeholders.

Enablement & CrossFunctional Partnership

  • Partner on compensation enablement, ensuring field teams understand plan mechanics, quota methodologies, and operational workflows.
  • Provide accurate, timely data inputs to dashboard and analytics teams to support reporting, insights, and executive visibility.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Compensation, and Finance partners to ensure compensation design and processes support business goals, consistent with responsibilities outlined in the internal Job Description Template.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Operations, GTM Operations, FP&A, or related analytical roles
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and highprecision workflows
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for broad audiences
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally with Sales, Compensation, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Processminded thinker who enjoys interrogating and improving operational workflows

Technical Skills & Tools

The role requires strong proficiency with modern data, reporting, and CRM platforms to support accurate quota operations, compensation analytics, and dashboard readiness.

Candidates must have:

  • Experience using Databricks for data querying, transformation, and analytics workflows.
  • Power BI expertise for building, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards used by Sales, BDR Ops, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) to create, run, and validate reports tied to quota, pipeline, and compensationrelated data.
  • Preferably experience with Microsoft Dynamics, especially for creating and running reports in business segments that rely on Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong Anaplan experience, including:
    • Using Anaplan for quota input, adjustments, and version management
    • Navigating staffing models, role hierarchies, and understanding territories within quota and capacity planning modules
    • Supporting inyear updates, model changes, or data validations related to quota and headcount
  • Ability to consolidate and reconcile data across multiple systems to support quota setting, performance tracking, comp calculations, and dashboard data provisioning.

Success Criteria

  • High accuracy and ontime delivery across all compensation operational cycles
  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction across Sales, BDR Leadership, and Compensation
  • Scalable processes and improved operational efficiency
  • Clear, actionable insights delivered to leadership and analytics teams
