Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer with 15+ years of enterprise networking experience to design, implement, secure, and support large-scale network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in routing, switching, network security, SD-WAN, wireless technologies, cloud networking, and enterprise data center environments.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching (Catalyst, Nexus).
  • Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, QoS, NAT, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, or Fortinet Firewalls.
  • Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and Remote Access VPN.
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco Viptela, Meraki, VMware Velocloud, or Prisma SD-WAN.
  • Experience with enterprise wireless solutions including Cisco Meraki or Aruba Wireless.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, PRTG, or Cisco DNA Center.
  • Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of network security best practices, segmentation, and access control.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless networks, and SD-WAN environments.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity and performance issues.
  • Implement secure network architectures and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Support cloud connectivity and hybrid network environments.
  • Perform network upgrades, migrations, disaster recovery planning, and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to support business initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on complex networking projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or global network environments.
