3 days hybrid in St. Paul, MN (not open to 100% remote)

REQUIRED SKILLS that will be use as a criteria of whose selected for Interview

• 4+ years of UI/UX design experience in an enterprise company (5,000+ employee size)
• 1 year+ of research experience
• Experience working on Product team - through full SDLC
• Portfolio password on resume if required

Responsibilities:
Act as the in-house expert on human-centered design thinking, widely deploying it across projects and re-design initiatives within the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.
Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.
Ensure designs are consistent with organizational branding and design standards.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.
Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
Measure qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
Craft and maintain a modern design system/UX framework.
Align UI/UX designs across a portfolio of projects.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
